Attorney at law (Argentina), with extensive background and knowledge in government regulation, business enterprise protocol, international trade and public relations, has served an international clientele for more than 25 years.
He is the founder and president of Antonacci Incorporation Services, LLC., offering professional assistance in the formation of corporations and Limited Liability Companies (LLC) in all fifty states.
Upon completion of his legal studies, Mr. Antonacci established a private practice and public relations advisory firm in Buenos Aires. In concert with the International Development Bank, he coordinated the first “Argentinean-Chilean Entrepreneur Encounter,” following the peace treaty between the two nations. He also expanded his services to non-profit institutions in both Argentina and Venezuela, serving as legal advisor to the educational and humanitarian organization DUO International.
In 1986 he established residency in the United States and completed studies in International Trade at the University of Miami. He became one of the leading authorities in guiding international businesses to establish entrepreneurial roots in the United States. He also cofounded the Argentine-American Chamber of Commerce and served as its first Executive Director. Today, he is an honorary member and past President.
He also became publisher of Argentina Today and the award-winning inflight magazine Volare for Alitalia Airlines. Fluent in Italian, Mr. Antonacci began offering business guidance to Italian entrepreneurs seeking to establish themselves in the U.S. He worked closely with the Umbria region of Italy, developing marketing and feasibility studies for several companies. His continued engagement with a growing Italian community in South Florida led to his election as director of the Italian-American Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Comites-Miami, organization representing Italian nationals residing outside of Italy.
Presently, Mr. Antonacci concentrates his efforts on Antonacci Incorporation Services, creating and registering corporations and LLCs in all 50 states of the United States.
